TERMS/CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE RENT PAYMENT

Charles Point LLC offers online payments via PayPal. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are done through PayPal servers. You do not need a PayPal account to pay rent online.

Each transaction incurs a 2.9% fee that is noted in the Tax field in your electronic receipt.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS

  • Choose your rent amount and Click the "Pay Now" button below.


  • You will be taken to the PayPal payment page.


  • If you have a PayPal account, simply log into your account and complete the transaction using the payment methods you have on file with PayPal. If you do not have an account, enter your billing information in the form provided.


  • Click "Review Order and Continue" You're taken to the order summary screen.

    NOTE: IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR SOMEONE ELSE, OR ARE MAKING A PARTIAL PAYMENT AND ARE NOT THE LESSOR, YOU MUST CLICK "ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE SELLER" SO YOU CAN TELL CHARLES POINT LLC WHICH UNIT YOU ARE PAYING RENT FOR WITH THIS TRANSACTION.


  • Click the orange "Pay" button on the right that also notes the payment amount.


  • You can click "View Printable Receipt" to print a copy or print the confirmation email you will receive for your records. Please remember to record your receipt ID in case of any questions
